Here are a few tips to help make your life easier:
American Academy of
Dermatology has provided these recommendations to prevent or relieve dry-skin discomfort:
:

Use a lubricating agent like shaving cream before starting to shave your legs or face, change blades often and shave in the direction that hair grows to minimize the irritating effects.
Keep skin moist throughout the day as needed especially if you wash your hands a lot.
Use a lotion that has ingredients of petrolatum, mineral
oil, linoleic acid, ceramides, demethicone
or glycerine on the product label.
Rub a small amount of petroleum jelly on problem areas
to seal in moisture and heal very dry
skin.
Use a hydrocortisone cream when your
skin is red or itchy or if you have mild
eczema.
If the dry skin worstens using these measures, contact your physician or dermatologist immediately.
