TRAINING PROGRAMS |
There are lots of training programs on the internet. Before you take a an exercise regime, you should visit with your doctor. The American Execise Council, Mayo Clinic, many gyms and personal trainers have information on their websites about fitness. Fitness is about what you want to make it. There are easy beginner, intermediate and advanced program avaiable for your convenience. A few things taught to me by life: Balance in your life. (Work, Play, Family, Exercise) If it is easy everyone would be doing it. A nap goes a long way. Relax and enjoy!
